Abstract

Integration on the field of psychotherapy is based on many circumstances, for instance increase of different psychotherapeutic modalities, on improved research capabilities, on the need for better operationalisation of psychotherapeutic technics and strategies, on the problem centered psychotherapies etc. It describes four main principles of integration: common factors, eclecticism, metatheoretical integration and and assimilation. In the future psychotherapy will continue to integrate and the problems of theoretical and conceptual clarification, research evidence and of the psychotherapy effectiveness should be solved.
