Abstract

The scheme for observing and implementing effective psychotherapy was developed from 1991 till today for the trainees of systemic psychotherapy with the aim to facilitate their understanding and forming of the therapy process with patients. In the scheme following theore­tical concepts were integrated: Lambert's key factors of effective therapy (patient's life, common factors, therapist's variables and therapy technics), Grawe's guidelines for the psychotherapy planning and forming of the therapy process, solution focused systemic psychotherapy, hypnosis and mindfulness, establishing the contact and therapeutic alliance, synergetics and Stern's theory of intersubjectivity and of present moments.
